Kelham Partners was founded with a clear purpose: to bring specialist executive search to the world of Speciality Chemicals and Ingredients, and to do it with integrity, focus, and results.
After more than a decade recruiting senior leaders across speciality chemicals, contract manufacturing, and ingredient supply, we knew the industry needed a partner who understood both the science and the commercial reality behind it.

Natasha Klymczuk
Natasha Klymczuk is the Founder and Managing Director of Kelham Partners, a specialist executive search firm dedicated to the global Speciality Chemicals and Ingredients sectors.
With over a decade of experience in international executive search, Natasha has built a strong reputation for delivering senior commercial, operational, and regulatory leadership talent across EMEA, North America, and APAC. Her career has spanned searches for listed chemical producers, high-growth PE-backed platforms, contract manufacturers, and technical ingredient suppliers, often in complex, cross-border contexts.
Known for her direct, honest, and commercially intelligent approach, Natasha combines deep market knowledge with the rigour and pace required for high-stakes leadership hiring. She partners closely with leadership teams, boards, CEOs, and private equity operating partners to help organisations build the right leadership for growth, transformation, or succession.
Natasha is particularly passionate about elevating leadership standards in technical and science-driven industries and championing diversity within the sector while representing her clients’ brands with care, clarity, and credibility in the market.
